I was debating whether I should do the Joker or the Johnny Depp style Mad Hatter.
Hatter won.
EDIT: Just a note; this picture was drawn AGES ago...before I even saw the movie....

So Johnny Depp is seriously weird. But he's also seriously awesome. XD
I think you did a nice job on this--the half-face kind of just leaves us with his eyes, which like Blake said are the windows to the soul. I'm not sure what Johnny Depp's soul looks like, much less the Mad Hatter's, but whatever it is I think you got it.
